How can coaching contribute?
The organization and its employees can both benefit from coaching in a fundamental and groundbreaking manner. Investing in the well-being of employees sends a strong message to the market and potential, future employees and creates confidence, trust and loyalty with the employees.
My focus
My primary focus is to collaborate with the organizations with the purpose of helping and facilitating leaders and employees develop themselves both professionally and personally. The benefits, the organization will see from this, is the well-being among employees increased, strengthened employee loyalty and reduced risk of stress among the employees. I help the individual employee in obtaining greater personal insight, broadened attention to and focus on individual competencies including personal and professional goals.

Focus and goals
Through coaching, focus and attention is directed at the right and the essential. Coaching facilitates the ability to obtain the overview of personal and professional goals which enables basis for optimization and efficiency.

Motivation and energy
Focusing on the right goal(s) essentially means that you have waved goodbye to the things, it does not make sense to spend time, effort and attention on at the moment. This is in itself highly motivating. On top of that, when you know that you are spending your time on something that creates value and makes sense for you, it generates energy, creates commitment and this in essence can have a massive, positive impact on the people around you, be it at work or in your private life.

Well-being and work/life balance
I believe there is a very close correlation between well-being at work and well-being in the private life. If one is off, it most likely impacts the other to a large degree. Through coaching, you obtain clarity on what is important to you which in essence provides optimal grounds to identify and work towards the work/life balance that works for the individual. A good work/life balance creates well-being and enables the surplus to deal with challenges on a daily basis.

Preventing and dealing with stress
Stress related to work/life balance, increased workload and time pressure at work has become more and more common. Coaching is contributing to creating insight, overview and thus enabling the ability to cope with the increased pressure through prioritization and focusing on the most important. As a result, coaching is an excellent way of preventing stress, but it is also an excellent tool to handle stress by building the ability to resist and control the stressful elements.
