My background

My name is Christian Døcker, and I am the founder of Døcker Coaching.

I am very passionate about seeing and helping others develop and fulfilling their ambitions and there is nothing more satisfying for me than being able to help others reaching their goals and implementing desired change.

Founded in many years as a leader and manager within the IT-industry, where I have developed my skills of growing, developing and coaching my employees and peers, I have a vast experience and solid, practical experience to draw from. One of the key drivers for me in all the leadership and managerial roles, I have carried out, has been the opportunity and the privilege to make a difference for my employees and peers to help them grow in their roles.

I also have a background within sport, being a trained PE teacher and having a career in basketball at elite level in Denmark. This has taught me a lot about the parameters, that are essential to prevail at this level such as performance optimization, mental training and preparing and maintaining your body's physical health.

As a certified coach I have obtained competencies that among a lot of things makes me capable of identifying the potential in people helping them putting the competencies into play.

Privately, I live in Valby with my wife and two kids.
